How to Attach your Heel Grips to your Slippers:



Step 1: Wear your New Slippers

Walk around in your new slippers and feel how they fit. If you find you need more cushioning or grip along the heel, please continue to step 2.

 

Step 2: Finding the Heel Grip Position

Step out of the slipper. Place the Heel Grip onto the back of the heel strap, keeping the adhesive backing on, to find the perfect position.

 

Step 3: Remove the Backing Paper

Remove the backing paper of the Heel Grip. Press the adhesive side firmly on to the inside of the help strap and hold for 5 seconds to secure it in place.

 

Step 4: Wearing your Slippers

After you have secured your Heel Grips, put your slippers back on and walk around to make sure you have the grip in a comfortable position.

 

Step 5: If it feels Strange

It’s normal for your feet to feel different after adding additional support and grip. This should only last a day or so. If you experience any discomfort, remove the grip and adjust its position.
